Darley Dale Clay Pigeon Shooting Club collect information in the course of Members joining the club. The accuracy of the data is dependent on the information supplied by the Member when joining or renewing their membership. We also collect information relating to booking a shoot. This will include the following information:
• Your Name
• Telephone Number
• E-Mail Address
DDCPSC will not disclose private data to any third party company, unless specifically appointed by DDCPSC under a contract to fulfil the requirements of the membership package or a specific initiative the individual has signed up to.
This will enable DDCPSC to supply the benefits of membership, or to contact you directly, with membership information, using the contact details provided to us on joining or renewing your membership. We may at times contact you directly concerning developments within DDCPSC and will also offer you the opportunity to opt into initiatives if you so wish. This may be done by one of the Committee Members.
DDCPSC will keep your data until the following shoot, or until you are no longer a member.
Your information is kept physically and electronically secure. This information will be kept in this format as long as you are a Member. We undertake a secure destruction process with shredding for hard copies of membership information.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact the club on 07929108619 and we will investigate the matter further.
Cookies are pieces of information which are stored directly on the computer you are using. We may place cookies or similar files on your computer when you visit our website.
